Kevin grew up in the Lehigh Valley, and graduated with Honors from Northwestern Lehigh High School in 1995. He completed his undergraduate studies at Lock Haven University in 1999, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Kevin received his Juris Doctor degree from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2002. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. While studying at Widener, Kevin took part in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program, while also working in the school's Civil Law Clinic.
Kevin is a resident of Lebanon County and has been since 2002. He is a member of the Lebanon County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, while also previously taking part in the criminal rules committee of the Lebanon County Bar. Also, before its dissolution, Kevin was the Financial Secretary of the Lebanon County Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians, which is an Irish-Catholic charitable organization.
He began his legal career as a Lebanon County Assistant District Attorney, before transitioning into private practice. He has been with Feather and Feather, P.C. since 2005. Kevin has a general law practice with a focus on criminal defense, family law and civil litigation. He has successfully defended clients before Lebanon County juries in both felony and misdemeanor cases, as well as successfully advocating for his clients’ rights in civil matters, including civil lawsuits, custody and divorce matters.
